We resell overstocked, discontinued and used quality building materials, home improvement items and furnishings donated by individuals, suppliers and contractors. |  Affordable Housing Land TrustThis is program is a collaboration between Frederick County and Habitat for Humanity. The program was established to create more affordable housing in Frederick County and to also rehab the surplus of houses in the area. |

 Women BuildWomen Build’s mission is to empower women to take action against poverty housing conditions. The more people we can train to become effective volunteers, the better equipped we will be to fight poverty housing. Women Build brings together women from all walks of life to address in a concrete way the housing crisis facing millions of women and children across the globe. |  Neighborhood RevitalizationThis helps to revitalize the appearance of the neighborhood, encourages connections within the community and helps ensure that families live in safe, well-maintained and affordable homes. |

Habitat for Humanity of Frederick County
Habitat for Humanity International is a non-profit, ecumenical Christian housing ministry that invites people of all backgrounds, races and religions to build houses together in partnership with families in need. Habitat seeks to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness from the world, and to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action.
Habitat’s vision is a world where everyone has a decent place to live. At Frederick Habitat, one way we impact affordable housing is our homeownership program. We partner with families who cannot qualify for a conventional mortgage and have no other way to own a home on their own.
